Hello! I’m Louise Cadwell — art educator, writer, and creative explorer.
I’ve had the good fortune to grow up with a mother who took me to museums and painted with me, to teach and learn alongside many children and adults, to live for a year in Reggio Emilia, Italy, and now to have time to write, draw, and paint what means most to me in life.
I hope that the blog posts, gallery, and resources shared here will encourage and inspire you.
“Instructions for living a life.
Pay attention.
Be astonished.
Tell about it.”
— Mary Oliver

Here you’ll find ongoing reflections, photographs, and drawings and paintings in progress. I’m so glad you’ve stopped by.
